• any contract for consulting services is between you and that provider.

Development Reports is not a party to that professional-services agreement simply because the provider was found through this website.

To the extent permitted by law, Development Reports is not responsible for acts, omissions, advice, work, fees, delays, disputes or outcomes arising from an independent provider engagement.

Finding a consultant through Development Reports does not guarantee that:

• a development application will be accepted or approved;
• a report will satisfy a consent authority;
• further reports will not be requested;
• certification will be obtained;
• planning conditions will be satisfied; or
• a particular development outcome will occur.

Unless otherwise indicated, the Development Reports website, its original written content, design, branding, database structure and other original material are owned by or licensed for use by Development Reports.

You may use the website for ordinary personal or business research.
